Replacement / Exchange Policy

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, we’ll gladly send a replacement.

  • Replacement requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • To qualify, please send clear photos or videos showing the issue.

  • We will arrange a pickup or ask you to return the item (depending on your city in KSA).

  • Once we verify the issue, we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.

  • Replacements are not available for items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear.
